Executive Search: Executive Director for Steve Rummler HOPE Network

Strategic Consulting & Coaching is conducting a search for an Executive Director for our client, the Steve Rummler HOPE Network.

ORGANIZATIONAL OVERVIEW

About the Steve Rummler HOPE Network

Judy and Bill Rummler (Steve’s parents), Lexi Reed Holtum (Steve’s fiancée), and others who had been affected by the scourge of opioid addiction and overdose deaths, formed the Steve Rummler Hope Network (SRHN)after the tragic opioid overdose death of Steve Rummler. The organization’s start was a response to community needs and the drastic lack of public awareness and resources available in Minnesota to address opioid addiction. Since 2011, SRHN has worked tirelessly to heighten the awareness of the dilemma of chronic pain and the disease of addiction and to improve the associated care process. SRHN accomplishes its mission through three programs of operation: Overdose Prevention, Prescriber Education, and Advocacy.

Mission:

The mission of the Steve Rummler HOPE Network is to heighten awareness of the  disease of addiction as it relates to the physical and emotional burdens of chronic pain and to improve the associated care process.

Vision:

A world where individuals with chronic pain receive integrated care focused on wellness rather than drugs, and those with addiction have easy access to compassionate evidence-based treatment.

Goals:

•    Health care professionals who are educated in and practice responsible prescribing and who provide treatment focused on wellness rather than drugs.

•    A public that wants action to end the epidemic of addiction and overdose deaths.

•    An environment that empowers those affected by addiction to seek the help and support they need without shame or judgement.
