Join our four-part interactive series to find your leadership voice, clear what’s getting in your way, and build a plan to lead your team over the next 90 days. This series is perfect for first-time supervisors as well as emerging leaders. You’ll gain new knowledge and practical skills and tools for the journey ahead.

  • April 22 – Getting to Know Yourself and Your Team Through DiSC

  • May 7 – Leading Through Uncertain Times

  • May 14 – Creating Your Leadership Plan

Each session will meet from 8:30-12 noon via Zoom.

Holly Messick is Senior VP and Executive Director for the American Heart Association in the Twin Cities. She specializes in staff and volunteer development and has been recognized for her team building and leadership skills.
