Daily Quarantine Questions

By Renae Oswald-Anderson, Partner

Brooke Anderson, guest author at the Mindful Journal, shares the following powerful and reflective “Daily Quarantine Questions”:

What am I grateful for today?

Who am I checking in on, or connecting with, today?

What expectations of “normal” am I letting go of today?

How am I getting outside today?

How am I moving my body today?

What beauty am I creating, cultivating, or inviting in today?

Some of you are sheltering in place while others are on the front lines providing essential services to our friends and neighbors. Each of us are adjusting to the impact of COVID-19 differently. These questions resonated with me as I go about my work supporting the capacity and community building of Minnesota nonprofits. I, for one, am grateful for the strength and resourcefulness of our respective communities.
